Assist in managing day-to-day sales and operations of real estate projects.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and site visits.
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and internal teams.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain CRM data.
Ensure timely documentation, booking processes, and customer coordination.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of residential and commercial real estate.
Experience in handling site visits and client closures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
