Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Provide coaching, training, and support to improve agent performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline checks.
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential market segments.
Collaborate with marketing to create lead generation campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy as needed.
Client Management:
Support agents in managing client relationships and closing deals.
Maintain relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Resolve client issues or disputes professionally and efficiently.
