Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a
Real Estate Assistant
who can act as the right hand to busy real estate professionals in the U.S. market. You'll handle the day-to-day activities that keep operations smooth -- from lead management and client communication to social media engagement and CRM updates.
Assist U.S.-based real estate professionals with daily administrative tasks
Manage CRMs and update lead pipelines (HubSpot, Asana, Slack, etc.)
Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential leads (excellent English required)
Manage email inboxes and calendars for client coordination
Update property listings, track leads, and manage data using Google Sheets
Handle social media activities -- posting, engagement, and responses
Support marketing and communication campaigns as needed
Execute small ad-hoc tasks typical to a virtual assistant's scope
Who You Are:
? A
professional Real Estate Assistant
with 3-4
+ years of experience
supporting C-level executives, entrepreneurs, or businesses.

Proficient in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Google Workspace
Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
CRM Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dubsado)
Social Media Scheduling Tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
