Schedule property visits, client meetings, and follow-ups in coordination with sales agents.
Update and maintain detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring all lead interactions, status updates, and notes are logged in real time.
Follow up with leads post-visit or meeting to gather feedback and assess next steps.
Coordinate calendars and set reminders for agents regarding client appointments and deadlines.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
