Real Estate Asset Manager (Civil Engineer) with 5+ years of experience required in listed financial services organisation (Fund & Asset Management organisation) located at Mumbai Central

JD:

- Manage and monitor a portfolio of funded real estate projects across residential, commercial, land, and redevelopment assets as a lender/fund representative

- Conduct technical due diligence, review drawings, BOQs, budgets, timelines, and define disbursement milestones and Conditions Precedents

- Track construction progress through site visits , verify milestones, and ensure adherence to approved cost, quality, and timelines

- Monitor sales, collections, escrow accounts, and cash flows to ensure proper utilisation of funds

- Identify and mitigate project risks such as delays, cost overruns, and approval issues, and escalate key risks to management

- Verify and approve construction bills, vendor invoices, and project expenses

- Prepare and present project MIS, portfolio health reports, and updates for senior management and investment committees

- Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and investment teams for documentation, disbursements, and exit planning

2,4 & 5 Saturday are off, 1st (WFO) & 3 (WFH) half days

Salary up to Rs 24 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)
