Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in selling properties, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, residential or commercial properties. Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals. Conduct property showings and open houses. Provide market analysis and property valuations. Prepare and present offers and counteroffers. Guide clients through the legal and financial processes of real estate transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases .. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.

Compensation:

Commission-based (potential for base + commission depending on experience). Performance bonuses and incentives.
