Job Description

:

Engage with buyers directly or through the channel partner network to sell verified properties. Regularly update leads, site visits, and inquiries in Salesforce CRM. Follow up with potential buyers and close deals within the assigned timeline. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners for increased lead flow. Provide regular feedback on property market trends to the team manager. Work closely with marketing to ensure high visibility of listed properties. Ensure buyer due diligence and smooth documentation for property transactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Number of properties sold per month. Number of site visits arranged. Conversion rate of site visits to sales. Revenue generated from property sales. Timeliness in CRM updates and reporting. Customer satisfaction and post-sale support
Note- Experience Required: 3-8+ years in resale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
