Job Description

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify and reach out to potential property buyers or investors. Understand client requirements and preferences. Introduce clients to suitable properties, services, and investment options.

Relationship Building & Management

Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Act as a trusted advisor by offering tailored property solutions. Provide regular updates, follow-ups, and communication.

Sales Facilitation

Assist clients through the property buying or leasing process. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth transactions. Negotiate and close deals in the client's best interest.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new property launches. Share insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address post-sale concerns, queries, or complaints. Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a positive client experience.

Documentation & Compliance

Assist with required paperwork, agreements, and documentation. Ensure transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

Networking & Collaboration

Build relationships with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders. Attend real estate events, expos, and networking sessions to build leads.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
