Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
Maintain and update property listings and client records.
Coordinate with property owners, builders, and internal teams.
Stay informed about market trends, ongoing projects, and real estate developments in Mohali.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
Good negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market (Mohali).
Must be proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Own vehicle for site visits (mandatory in most cases).
