Job Description

A real estate office administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within a real estate agency, including handling client communication, scheduling appointments, maintaining property listings, preparing necessary paperwork for transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the sales team with marketing materials and market research, all while providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the real estate process. Key responsibilities may include:

Client Management:

Answering phone calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates. Scheduling appointments for property viewings, contract signings, and closing meetings. Maintaining client contact information and updating CRM systems.

Transaction Coordination:

Preparing and managing real estate contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents. Monitoring deadlines for each transaction and ensuring timely completion. Coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in a transaction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
