Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations.
Develop Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
Build good Working relationship with Clients
Provide clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice.
Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients.
Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business
Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have.
