The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing residential real estate transactions. The role involves working closely with builders, channel partners, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth deals and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and coordinate with builders/developers
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and closing conditions
Assist clients with booking, documentation, and registration process
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
