A Real Estate cum Travel Agent is responsible for handling both real estate sales/leasing activities and travel-related services. This role requires strong customer service, sales ability, local knowledge, and coordination skills to manage property dealings as well as travel planning for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential/commercial properties.
Conduct property visits, inspections, and give detailed property presentations.
Maintain an updated database of available properties and travel packages.
Provide end?to?end travel planning including tickets, hotels, local tours, and visa guidance.
Coordinate with property developers, landlords, travel agencies, and vendors.
Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and travel package rates for clients.
Prepare documentation for real estate transactions and travel bookings.
Generate leads through networking, online platforms, and marketing activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Handle follow-ups, queries, and maintain accurate client records.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Local market knowledge of real estate and travel destinations.
Basic understanding of real estate laws, agreements, and regulations.
Experience with travel booking tools and platforms.
Sales-driven approach with customer handling experience.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Experience Required
1-3 years experience in real estate / travel industry (both preferred).
Freshers with strong sales background can also apply.
