Key Responsibilities

Client Representation

: Representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, acting in their best interests.

Property Marketing & Showings

: Marketing properties to attract potential buyers or renters, including hosting open houses and property viewings.

Market Research

: Conducting market research to determine accurate property valuations, understand local trends, and provide clients with relevant insights.

Negotiation

: Negotiating the terms of sales and rental agreements on behalf of their clients.

Transaction Management

: Assisting clients with all aspects of the closing process, including preparing and reviewing documents and coordinating with other professionals.

Client Relationship Management

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other agents to generate business.

Lead Generation

: Proactively seeking out new clients and opportunities to buy, sell, or rent properties.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Sales and Negotiation Skills

: Essential for securing properties for buyers and achieving the best possible terms for sellers.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

: Needed to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate deals, and build trust.

Market Knowledge

: Deep understanding of current market conditions, property values, and local real estate trends.

Organizational Skills

: To manage multiple listings, client databases, and complex transaction paperwork efficiently.

Licensing

: Real estate agents must hold a valid real estate license to practice legally.

Business Acumen

: Ability to develop business networks, including relationships with mortgage lenders and contractors, to support client needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
