We are hiring an experienced real estate sales calling agent for our Gurugram-based real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate telesales or outbound calling. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and promoting residential and commercial property listings in the Gurugram area.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the Gurugram real estate market
Promote residential and commercial property listings and services
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management
Schedule appointments for site visits, property tours, and sales meetings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions using CRM tools
Build relationships with clients and provide basic guidance on property options and pricing
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and new developments in Gurugram
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales calling or telesales within the real estate sector
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Experience in the Gurugram real estate market is a strong advantage
Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects is a plus
A real estate license is preferred but not mandatory
