Visit locations, check visibility, vehicle movement, space suitability, and overall feasibility.
Build a strong network with local brokers, real estate agents, builders, and property owners.
Identify multiple property types: commercial shops, industrial sheds, warehouse spaces, roadside properties, etc.
Recommend the best locations with comparison reports (rent, area, visibility, ROI).
Negotiate rental terms, deposits, and agreements to get the best deal within company TAT.
Assist franchise owners by suggesting the most profitable studio location in their city.

Requirements
2-8 years of experience in real estate, retail expansion, location sourcing, or franchise expansion.
Strong network with commercial property brokers & builders.
Good knowledge of property evaluation and rental negotiation.
Willingness to travel PAN India frequently.
Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
