Previous experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
Salary:
Fixed + Incentives (Depends on interview & performance)
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for property sales (residential / commercial / land etc.)
Meet prospective buyers, understand their requirements, show properties, and close sales
Keep updated with market trends, property valuations, zoning, RERA rules etc.
Negotiate deals and ensure documentation and legal compliance
Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
Prepare sales reports, projections, and follow up on leads
Requirements
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or similar field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target oriented, able to work independently
Knowledge of property laws, real estate market, buyer psychology
Valid licensing or registration as required (if applicable)

Fixed salary:

Performance based incentives or commission on sales
