As we expand our real estate portfolio and community, we're looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team.

We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Real Estate Agents to manage the leasing, selling, and client relationship processes for high-end commercial and lifestyle properties within The Dhan Mill and associated projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury real estate or commercial leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate and qualify leads for leasing or selling commercial spaces Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain project features to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property investors Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company goals Work with marketing and design teams to showcase available properties Stay updated on market trends, competitor properties, and pricing Maintain accurate client records and documentation Represent The Dhan Mill brand with professionalism, style, and integrity

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Deep knowledge of real estate laws, leasing contracts, and transaction processes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferably commercial/luxury segment) Familiarity with the Delhi NCR commercial property landscape Previous experience with high-net-worth clients or premium brands is a strong advantage.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
