About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Lucknow. This is a performance-driven commission-based role ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, networking, and closing deals. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and fieldwork.
Assist clients in identifying their property requirements and provide suitable options.
Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with local property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and builders for listings.
Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales/rentals (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Lucknow real estate market is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp/Email for client communication.
Own vehicle and smartphone preferred.
