Cold Calling Specialist

from India to help us connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introducing our real estate services, and setting appointments for follow-up. Training and scripts will be provided.We will provide you a calling

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (Australia region) Follow a provided script to introduce our services Engage professionally and build rapport Capture lead information accurately Set appointments or pass qualified leads to our sales team Provide daily updates on call activities and results

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday

3 hours per day

Timing will be aligned with Australian business hours

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (clear and confident) Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred) Ability to work independently and meet targets Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Familiarity with real estate (bonus, not mandatory) but Prior experience conducting calls in English is required.

Compensation:

Monthly contract for 1 month to start
