We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property viewings and site visits
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
Maintain relationships with clients before and after sales
Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
