We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced
Real Estate Advocate
to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling real estate legal matters, disputes, and litigation related to properties in
Gurgaon
. The role requires regular travel to courts, tribunals, and property sites across
Gurgaon
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects.
2. Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, development, and construction matters.
3. Handle disputes and litigation related to real estate and construction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
5. Keep updated with
Delhi and Haryana (Gurgaon)
real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and municipal policies.
6. Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation for property acquisitions.
7. Represent clients in court (HRERA) if necessary
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Delhi-based university. Enrolment with Bar Council.
2. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
3. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5. In-depth understanding of
RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act
, and local real estate regulations.
6. Willingness to travel frequently to Gurgaon and Delhi for hearings and client meetings.
7. Prior experience handling
RERA complaints
, possession delays, or builder-buyer disputes.
8. Familiarity with digital filing systems and legal research tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
