Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through property visits, including apartments, duplexes, and other residential units. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, conducting property tours, and closing sales to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Tours & Site Visits:

Schedule and conduct property visits with prospective clients. Highlight the unique features and advantages of the properties during tours. Address client queries and concerns effectively during site visits.

Market Knowledge & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated with real estate market trends and property values. Analyze competitors' offerings to provide clients with a competitive advantage. Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
