Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings: Engage in personal meetings to assess client needs and recommend suitable projects.
Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits, ensuring clients are aligned with property options.
Deal Closure: Finalize transactions within designated timelines, ensuring a smooth closing process.
Collaboration with CS Team: Work closely with the Community/Client Success Team to ensure seamless client handover and relationship continuity.
Collaboration with BD Team: Partner with the Business Development team to provide appropriate recommendations for clients.
Transaction Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions for reporting and analysis.

Pay: ?550,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
