We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Real Estate Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their property buying journey -- from understanding their requirements to presenting suitable projects, conducting site visits, and closing successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the best property options based on their preferences, budget, and investment goals.
Provide detailed information on
ongoing and upcoming projects
of the company and other associated developers.
Conduct
cold calling
, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate leads and convert prospects.
Coordinate and accompany clients on
site visits
and ensure a seamless experience.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Keep updated with
market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
