The role supports administrative efficiency and ensures smooth coordination between clients, agents, and management.
Key Responsibilities: o Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries related to property listings, rent agreements, and sales. o Maintain and update property databases, client records, and documentation. o Prepare and manage rental agreements, property forms, invoices, and payment records. o Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and tenants for property visits and deal processing. o Manage office inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies. o Support marketing activities such as posting property listings online and maintaining basic digital records. o Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for ease of record retrieval. o Provide general administrative support to management in report preparation and scheduling.
