Your responsibilities will include collecting and organizing property-related data, responding to inquiries, maintaining clear communication, and assisting our office staff with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with brokers via phone and email to gather property listings, updates, and related data.
Respond promptly to queries from clients and brokers, offering accurate information.
Maintain and update property records and documentation in an organized manner.
Coordinate and collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Assist in basic data entry, report generation, and maintaining internal communication logs.
Schedule follow-ups and keep track of communication history with clients and brokers.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Comfortable using email and phone professionally.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.
