We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Real Estate Advisor who will be the face of our projects. The role involves
qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, nurturing prospects, and closing deals
. Candidates must have strong real estate knowledge and prior experience working with builders, channel partners, or real estate firms.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients
Proactively
qualify and shortlist genuine leads
Maintain and manage leads through CRM/Excel/lead trackers
Explain project details, pricing, layouts, and payment plans
Conduct VCs, site visits and project presentations
Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
Negotiate and close deals independently
Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for inventory and closures
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
Prior experience with real estate developers, CPs, or brokerage firms
Strong understanding of real estate sales, processes, and documentation
Proven ability to close deals
Proactive, organised, and accountable
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
