Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for a senior accountant from real estate background only for a reputed company located in Ahmedabad.

The work location is Sattadhar.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of documents filing, reading title docs, banakhat and deeds, etc,

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statements; analyze variances; review GL, journal entries, and sub-ledgers.

Compliance & Audits

: Ensure adherence to tax laws; prepare audit documentation; support internal/external audits.

Process Improvement

: Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting

: Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

Leadership & Mentorship

: Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to junior accounting staff.

Account Management

: Oversee reconciliations (bank, vendor, sub-ledgers) and fixed assets.
