Role Overview

We are seeking a

Real Estate 3D Rendering and Visualisation Specialist

with a strong portfolio and advanced expertise in architectural and real estate rendering. This is an

on-site role

that requires working closely with the design and development teams to produce

high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals

across diverse property sectors.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, creatively sharp, and capable of transforming design concepts into compelling visual narratives that align with client and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create

photorealistic 3D visualizations

for a variety of property types including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand design intent and deliver visuals that meet client expectations. Develop interior and exterior renders with a focus on lighting, texture, and environmental accuracy. Ensure consistent quality standards, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines. Work on multiple project types such as:
- Workplaces

- Hospitality

- Multi-Res/BTR

- Townhouses

- Student & Co-living spaces

- Private Residences

- Industrial & Warehouse Developments

- Car Dealerships and Service Stations

Manage render workflows and optimize project outputs for various platforms. Stay updated with emerging visualization tools and rendering technologies.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

3 years of proven experience

in 3D Rendering and Visualisation (preferably in Real Estate or Architectural domains). Advanced proficiency in

3ds Max

and

V-Ray

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

lighting, composition, and material realism

. Experience in producing

photorealistic renders

for diverse property categories. Detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent visualization and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Portfolio showcasing

high-quality 3D renders and real estate projects
