KJS Concrete is looking for a skilled and responsible RMC Plant Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of the concrete batching plant. The role involves operating plant machinery, ensuring quality production and maintaining safety and efficiency at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor concrete batching plant operations smoothly.
Ensure accurate batching as per mix designs and production schedules.
Maintain records of daily production, raw material consumption, and plant logs.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of plant equipment.
Coordinate with supervisors, quality team, and dispatch team for timely production.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues immediately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an RMC Plant Operator (Concrete / Batching Plant preferred).
Knowledge of concrete batching plant operations and machinery.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to follow instructions and work under production pressure.
Good awareness of safety practices at plant/site.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification (preferred).
Experience in RMC or construction industry will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
