Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 4 years of experience with React-Native and Flutter development Solid understanding of React Native and Flutter frameworks, including component state management and navigation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart programming languages. Familiarity with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working with designers to create visually appealing interfaces. Familiarity with Material Design Guidelines for Android and iOS Human Interface Guidelines. Good knowledge of using open-source libraries for both React-Native and Flutter. Working knowledge of offline storage, performance tuning Working knowledge of integrating and using RESTful web services Experience in cross-platform application design, development, debugging, and release activities Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, such as Jest, Detox, or Flutter's testing framework.

Skills and Abilities

A strong work ethic and the ability to manage yourself and your time Outstanding teamwork skills Publishing applications to the PlayStore & AppStore and is familiar with the process Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing and/or mentoring junior developers Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies. Ability to understand user stories Experience with JIRA and GitHub
