About the Role

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic

Trainee Developers

to join our team for a 6-month on-site training program in

React.js

and

Node.js

. This program is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want to kickstart their career in

Full Stack Web Development

.
Top-performing trainees will be offered a

full-time position

upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and work on

frontend development

using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Assist in developing

backend APIs

using Node.js and Express.js. Collaborate with senior developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities. Work with databases such as

MongoDB

or

MySQL

for CRUD operations. Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and project discussions. Debug, test, and maintain code for existing and new features. Document technical processes and maintain best coding practices.

Requirements

Required Skills Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with React.js and Node.js concepts. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON. Understanding of Git/GitHub for version control. Strong problem-solving and learning attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills.
