Role & Responsibilities (React JS Team Lead)

Design and implement scalable, high-performance user interfaces using

React.js

best practices Architect and develop

reusable, maintainable UI components

for large-scale applications Lead and guide the front-end team by

reviewing code, mentoring developers, and enforcing coding standards

Implement and manage

state management solutions

(Redux, Context API, etc.) for complex applications Collaborate with backend teams to integrate

RESTful APIs

and ensure seamless data flow Optimize applications for

maximum speed, scalability, and performance

; identify and resolve bottlenecks Oversee

unit testing, debugging, and code quality assurance

to maintain clean and reliable codebases Participate in

architecture discussions

and contribute to technical decision-making Implement and monitor

CI/CD pipelines

for automated builds and deployments Ensure

cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

and responsive design standards Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to estimate tasks, plan sprints, and deliver on timelines Maintain proper

technical documentation

Requirements (React JS Team Lead)

Strong proficiency in

React JS

, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS Hands-on experience with

frontend frameworks and libraries

In-depth knowledge of

state management

(Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API) Experience consuming and integrating

RESTful APIs

Solid understanding of

Git

and version control workflows Experience with

testing tools

(Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) Proven ability in

problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization

Prior experience leading or mentoring a React JS team

Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Candidate

must be from Kolkata / West Bengal

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
