Role and Responsibilities: As a Hotel Onboarding Executive, you will play a vital role in building strong partnerships with hotels to ensure a seamless integration of our unique services. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the onboarding process for new hotel partners and establish positive working relationships. You will work collaboratively with our sales and operations teams to ensure a cohesive experience for both the hotels and their guests. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective hotel partners to understand their needs and guide them through the onboarding process. Collaborate closely with the sales team to smoothly transition prospects into active partners. Conduct training sessions to familiarize hotel staff with our platform and services. Provide ongoing support to hotel partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Gather feedback from hotel partners to enhance our services and identify areas for improvement. Act as a liaison between hotel partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication. Requirements: Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep interest in innovative accommodation solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts simply and effectively. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to work. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer support, or hotel management is a plus. Familiarity with the hospitality and travel industry. Comfortable with technology and a quick learner when it comes to new software platforms. Understanding of the dynamics of inbound sales and relationship building.
