, you are a BCA then we welcome you, you are B. Tech. in Non-IT stream even then we welcome you. So, Candidate should be

Passionate about programming (any language)

Quick learner

Knowledge of database (any database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL)

Pre-requisite & Required Skills:

2. Candidate should know what it means to wear 10 hats and work around the clock.

3. He should be multitasking, and as it gets difficult to keep track of all the stuff happening, ensure that he knows exactly what's happening on his project at any given time.

4. He should be fueled by the passion to make an idea into reality and looking for an entrepreneurial experience

5. He should be able to meet the aggressive deadlines.

6. He should have good communication skills.

7. He should be confident and dynamic in nature.

8. He should have good personality.

9. He should be go getter & self-motivator

Stipend & Salary

Stipend will be provided during training & on completion salary will be as per the performance.

Technology Exposure/Training

All candidates will be interviewed on the criteria mentioned above. Each of the selected trainees will be provided training one of the domains such as:

1. ReactJs

2. APIs
3. ERP

4. CRM

5. Databases

Domains selection will be based on the candidate's performance & technical aptitude. After training they may be moved to domain specific training or projects.

Selection process

We will give a small task to the candidates, apart from which we will also have a face to face or telephonic interview. The candidates will be evaluated based on the criteria related to the job profile. We expect trainee to join with immediate or short notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
