Job Description

The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and passionate React.js/Frontend Developer Intern who enjoys building intuitive and dynamic user experiences. You'll work closely with our frontend and backend teams to develop new features, maintain existing systems, and learn industry-standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code.? Develop new user-facing features and components using React.js.? Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code for future use.? Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.?? Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.? Optimize application components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.?

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.? A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles (Components, State, Props, and the component lifecycle).? Familiarity with modern React concepts like Hooks (useState, useEffect) and the Context API.? Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, with an eye for design and detail.? Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs using both the native Fetch API and libraries like Axios, including handling credentials like cookies. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.? A portfolio of personal projects, coursework, or a GitHub profile that demonstrates your skills and passion for frontend development.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks.? An understanding of UI/UX principles.? Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
