Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

React.js Frontend Developer

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies, a solid understanding of state management, and experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using

React.js

. Build reusable and scalable UI components following industry best practices. Implement efficient state management using

Redux / Redux Toolkit

. Integrate REST APIs and handle dynamic data rendering. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project managers. Optimize frontend performance and address UI/UX issues. Debug and troubleshoot component-level and functional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in

React.js

and

JavaScript (ES6+)

. Hands-on experience with

TypeScript

. Experience in state management using

Redux / Redux Toolkit

. UI development experience with

Tailwind CSS

. Good understanding of component-based architecture. Knowledge of

REST API

integration. Understanding of

responsive design

and cross-browser compatibility. Basic working knowledge of

Git

and version control workflows.

Areas of Expertise:

Developing modular and reusable UI components. Implementing responsive layouts for web applications. Managing data flow and architecture with Redux. Frontend performance tuning and optimization. Debugging UI and functional issues efficiently.

Preferred Project Experience:

Worked on at least

1-2 mid-sized React applications

. Projects involving complex

API integrations

and dynamic data handling. Experience using

Redux

for large-scale state management. UI implementation using

Tailwind CSS

or similar frameworks. Exposure to component-driven development practices.

Project Assignment After Joining:

Selected candidates will be assigned to ongoing or upcoming projects based on

project requirements, workload, and delivery timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
