About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior React.js Developer

with strong expertise in building large-scale, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have

deep hands-on experience with React.js

and must have worked on

banking or financial services platforms

, ensuring high security, scalability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

front-end features

using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Work closely with product owners and business teams within the

Banking domain

to translate complex requirements into intuitive UI solutions. Build responsive, user-friendly, and performance-optimized interfaces. Develop reusable components and front-end architecture for large enterprise applications. Integrate front-end components with REST APIs, microservices, or backend systems. Ensure application compliance with

security, regulatory, and data privacy standards

specific to BFSI. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with QA, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on development experience

in front-end engineering.

Strong expertise in React.js

, including Hooks, Redux (or other state-management libraries), Context API, component lifecycle, routing. Deep understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS

, and responsive design principles. Experience in

TypeScript

and functional programming concepts. Solid experience integrating with

RESTful APIs / GraphQL

. Proven background working in

Banking / Financial Services applications

such as payment systems, lending, onboarding, KYC, Treasury, Risk, or similar. Strong understanding of

security best practices

, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), and enterprise front-end patterns. Experience with

unit testing frameworks

(Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
