Intermediate React.js Developer

to join our talented engineering team.

Job Overview:

As an Intermediate React.js Developer, you will play an integral role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and to ensure that the application meets both user expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain React Applications

: Build dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications using React.js.

Component Architecture

: Create reusable and modular components while maintaining clean, maintainable code.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams

: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional components. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.

Code Optimization

: Write efficient, readable, and scalable code. Optimize web applications for speed and performance.

Testing & Debugging

: Conduct unit testing with frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or others to ensure the quality of the application. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Version Control

: Use Git/GitHub for version control and follow best practices for branching, merging, and collaboration.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends

: Continuously learn about new React features and libraries, and other emerging frontend technologies to improve coding practices and stay ahead of trends.

Participate in Code Reviews

: Regularly review the code of other team members and receive feedback on your own contributions.

Agile Practices

: Participate in Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum), attending daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience working with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end development.

Technical Proficiency

: Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, and component-based architecture. Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or other similar libraries. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript features. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. Knowledge of modern JavaScript build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and version control using Git.

Tools & Frameworks

: Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

Testing

: Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

Soft Skills

: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in an agile environment.

Bonus

: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
