About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 4-6 years of experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React.js and Node.js, coupled with proficiency in modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

Utilize React.js and Node.js to build and maintain responsive web applications.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional code.

Implement Responsive Designs:

Ensure applications are optimized for various devices and browsers.

Optimize Application Performance:

Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance user experience.

Code Quality and Testing:

Write clean, maintainable code and conduct unit testing using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.

Version Control:

Manage codebase using Git and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Professional Experience:

4+ years in web application development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in React.js (minimum 3 years of experience). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ features. Experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Testing Frameworks:

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

TypeScript:

Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.

CI/CD Pipelines:

Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.

Agile Methodologies:

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
