Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

React.js Developer Intern

to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly contributing to live projects, building user-facing features, and learning best practices from experienced developers. You will get the opportunity to write clean, efficient code and see your work used by real customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of responsive and dynamic web applications using

React.js

. Translate UI/UX design wireframes from tools like

Figma

or

Adobe XD

into high-quality, functional code. Write reusable, performant, and well-documented components. Integrate with

RESTful APIs

and/or

GraphQL

endpoints. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure code quality. Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user requirements and feature specifications. Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices. Use

Git

for version control as part of a team workflow. Learn and apply state management concepts (e.g.,

Context API

,

Redux Toolkit

).

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate from a coding bootcamp. Solid understanding of core

JavaScript (ES6+)

, HTML5, and CSS3. Foundational knowledge of

React.js

and its core principles (Components, JSX, State, Props, Hooks). Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g.,

npm/yarn

,

Webpack

,

Babel

). A genuine passion for web development and a strong desire to learn and grow. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Familiarity with

TypeScript

. Basic experience with a CSS preprocessor like

SASS

or a CSS-in-JS library like

Styled-Components

. Exposure to

Redux

or other state management libraries. Knowledge of testing frameworks like

Jest

or

React Testing Library

. Understanding of RESTful API concepts. Any personal projects, contributions to open source, or a portfolio/GitHub profile you can share.
