Csharptek is seeking a skilled and experienced React + Python Developer to join our growing development team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in front-end development using React.js and back-end development using Python frameworks like Django or Flask. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications that serve real business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build dynamic front-end components using React.js.
Develop scalable and secure server-side logic using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
Design and consume RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to manage and structure data effectively.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript and Python code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
Use Git for version control and contribute to a collaborative and transparent development process.
Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices and standards in software development.
Deploy and maintain applications, optionally using Docker for containerization and consistent environments.
Follow Agile development methodologies, actively engaging in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4u002B years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in React.js and front-end technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong back-end development skills using Python, particularly with Django or Flask.
Solid understanding of REST API development and integration.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with Git for version control in a collaborative development setting.
Understanding of containerization using Docker is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
