Job Location: - Bengaluru MetricStream is seeking a React Native Mobile Developer to join a fast-paced Product development team and contribute to building enterprise-class GRC applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile app architecture, cross-platform development principles, and a product-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native across iOS and Android platforms.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define and implement new features.
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
Ensure the best possible UI/UX experience and adherence to mobile design guidelines.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

Integrate with native SDKs, RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and push notification services.
Maintain code versioning and participate in peer code reviews.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and React Native ecosystem.
Skills and Experience
5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications
5+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of React Native development.
Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
Experience in state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
Familiarity with native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective C for iOS) is a plus.
Knowledge of mobile design principles, performance optimization, and app lifecycle management.
Proficiency in API integration, mobile security, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit/integration testing, and tools like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile product environment.
Experience working in a product company or on consumer-facing apps with large user bases.
