React Native Mobile App Developer

(with full-stack MERN experience) into our ecosystem to help take our projects to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain and improve existing React Native apps and full-stack systems (Node.js/Express/MongoDB). Build and deploy scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. Develop custom components and features based on specific project needs. Set up, configure, and maintain backend infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and fellow developers to bring products from idea to launch. Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions to reduce development cycles. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, testable code across the stack. Contribute to architectural decisions and guide best practices.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of professional experience in Mobile app development, including full production lifecycle. Proficiency in React Native, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Next.js. Solid understanding of mobile design principles and platform-specific nuances. Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play. Comfortable setting up backend services and APIs from scratch. A "builder" mindset--you like solving problems independently and proposing better ways to do things. Excellent communication skills in a fully remote work environment. Strong time management and accountability for deliverables and deadlines. Desire to work in a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values transparency and iteration.

Required Skills

Proficient in React Native, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and mobile libraries. Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques. Familiarity with Node.js and backend logic is a strong plus. Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development. Understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques for mobile and web apps.

Bonus Points

Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced startup environment. Experience building apps or features using AI/ML technologies. Familiarity with tools like Firebase, GraphQL, Docker, or CI/CD systems. Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.
