About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React & React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product and backend teams to develop new features, improve user experiences, and contribute to end-to-end development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using

React.js

. Build and deploy cross-platform mobile apps using

React Native

. Write clean, reusable, and efficient front-end code. Integrate with REST APIs and backend services. Work with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools. Troubleshoot performance issues and bugs. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to transform designs into functional interfaces. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. Maintain code quality, standards, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience with

React.js

and

React Native

. Strong knowledge of

JavaScript (ES6+)

and

TypeScript

. Hands-on experience with: Redux / MobX / Context API React Hooks and functional components Navigation libraries (React Navigation) API integration (REST / JSON) Good understanding of: Component lifecycle UI optimization and responsive design Git version control Experience with build and deployment tools (npm, yarn, Metro, etc.).

Good to Have

Experience with CI/CD & mobile app store deployment. Knowledge of Firebase or similar backend services. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology. Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving ability. Good communication and team collaboration. Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
