Role Overview

We are seeking React Lead Engineers with deep expertise in modern front-end engineering to drive the development of complex admin platforms and operational dashboards. This role is ideal for engineers who combine hands-on coding excellence, architectural ownership, and technical leadership.

You will own the front-end architecture for mission-critical systems such as operations monitoring, audits, analytics dashboards, and internal enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Lead the development of large-scale

React-based admin and dashboard applications

. Design and architect complex dashboards for

operations monitoring, trip audits, heatmaps, finance analytics, and fleet/driver management

. Own end-to-end

front-end architecture

, including performance strategy and component design. Define best practices for

scalable, reusable, and maintainable

component systems.

Engineering & Delivery

Collaborate closely with backend and API teams to define

interface contracts, error handling, and caching strategies

. Implement

real-time data streaming

using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE). Ensure high performance through

optimized rendering, state management, and responsive UI behavior

. Lead code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and engineering standards. Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across the front-end team.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years

of professional experience in front-end engineering with

React.js

. Deep expertise in

JavaScript / TypeScript

, React Hooks, Context API,

Redux Toolkit

or

Zustand

. Strong understanding of

component-driven architecture

and

micro-frontend

patterns. Proven experience building

enterprise admin panels, dashboards, or internal tooling systems

. Hands-on experience with:

Data visualization libraries

(Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js)

Mapping systems

(Leaflet, Mapbox, Google Maps JS APIs) for heatmaps and route visualization

Real-time UI updates

using WebSockets or SSE

Role-based access control (RBAC)

and authentication/authorization flows Strong background in

performance profiling

, browser optimization, and large-scale UI performance tuning. Experience collaborating closely with

product managers and UI/UX designers
