We are looking for a React Lead Engineer to own and scale the front-end architecture of our enterprise-grade admin and operations platforms. This role demands strong product thinking, deep front-end architecture expertise, and the ability to lead teams building complex, data-intensive dashboards.
You will play a key role in designing highly performant, real-time dashboards used for operations monitoring, analytics, audits, and management systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, not just people management.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead the development of large-scale React applications powering admin and operational ecosystems.
Design and architect complex dashboards including:
Operations & monitoring dashboards
Trip audits & analytics
Heatmaps and geospatial views
Finance, driver, and fleet management systems
Own end-to-end front-end architecture, including state management, performance strategy, and component design.
Drive component-driven architecture and reusable UI systems.
Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts, error handling, pagination, caching, and data consistency strategies.
Implement real-time data streaming using WebSockets / Server-Sent Events (SSE).
Ensure high performance through optimized rendering, memoization, code splitting, and lazy loading.
Required Skills & Expertise
7-10+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering with React.js.
Deep expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with:
React Hooks, Context API
Redux Toolkit / Zustand (or similar state management libraries)
Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and micro-frontend patterns.
Proven experience building enterprise admin panels, dashboards, or internal tooling systems.
Advanced Hands-on Experience With
Data visualization: Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js
Maps & Geospatial UI: Leaflet, Mapbox, Google Maps JS APIs (heatmaps, routes, overlays)
Real-time systems: WebSockets, live UI updates
Authentication & Authorization: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), secure auth flows
