Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid proficiency in modern JavaScript, component-driven architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and working within Agile development teams. The role requires close collaboration with backend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-friendly products. Key Technical Skills Frontend Development
Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Functional Components)
State management using Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Ant Design)
Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design
Experience with Formik, React Hook Form for form handling
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) API & Data Handling
Integrating REST APIs using Axios or Fetch
Basic knowledge of GraphQL
Error handling, data caching, and API performance optimization Testing
Hands-on with Jest and React Testing Library
Experience in writing unit and component tests
Basic understanding of Cypress for E2E testing Build & Performance Optimization
Code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization
Experience with React DevTools for profiling and performance tuning DevOps & Tools
Version control using Git, GitHub/GitLab
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Basic understanding of Docker
Environment configuration (dev / uat / prod) Responsibilities
Develop reusable, scalable, and high-quality React components
Convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
Integrate backend APIs securely, efficiently, and with proper error handling
Optimize application rendering, performance, and load times
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, QA, DevOps)
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability and performance
