Roles and responsibilities:

• The resource is responsible for developing frontend for an application using React.Js.
• The resource needs to work closely with Medline's Technical leads and application architect to understand the requirements and produce high quality, responsive UIs in React.Js using existing wireframes as a guideline.
• Responsible for development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface
• Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it
• Develop new user-facing features using React and dot net
• Responsible for creating reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Interact with client and onsite team members independently.
• Review work is done by the team members and shares constructive review comments before client demo
• Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Skills / Experience:
Required skills:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in front-end development.
• Should have at least 5 year of experience in developing applications using React.Js and Redux.
• Should have good understanding of JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Should have worked with any Version Control System (preferably GIT, Azure DevOps or SVN).
• Lead the development of React-based web applications from design to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.
• Design and implement front-end architecture that are scalable, reusable, and maintainable, while keeping user experience and performance in mind.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and backend developers) to deliver high-quality software that meets business and user requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Provide guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Optimize application performance to ensure fast load times, smooth user interactions, and an overall seamless experience.
• Write unit tests, conduct thorough testing, and debug issues as they arise in development and production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, libraries, and frameworks, and bring new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices for building modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Jest, and other tools in the modern JavaScript/React ecosystem.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize front-end performance.
• Familiar with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing with frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Experience ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and optimizing for various screen sizes.
• Good communication skills.

Good to have skills:

• Experience in any third-party control libraries like Telerik is a plus.
• Experience working with 3JS, GraphQL, nodejs and WebSocket integration.
• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with mobile-first design or mobile app development using React Native.
• Experience with or knowledge of design systems like Material UI, Ant Design, or custom design libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with .NET development is a plus.
• Understanding of functional programming and application security is a big plus.
